Manufactured at Izhmash and imported into the United States by Arsenal Inc. / FIME Group of Las Vegas prior to the 2014 sanctions that permanently ended Saiga imports. With the import pipeline closed for over a decade, complete time-capsule SGL12-61s — with original Izhmash magazines, original paperwork, and original wrappings still in place — have become genuinely difficult to source at any price. Plenty of “unfired” SGL-12s on the secondary market have been out of the box for show-and-tell, swapped between safes, or fitted with aftermarket parts and reverted. This one hasn’t. The factory tape is still on the cleaning rod wrapper. The Izhmash mags are originals — not aftermarket — and there are two of them. The paperwork is complete.
