Very nice vintage West German made JP Sauer & Sohn drilling 16ga/7x57R caliber shotgun/rifle combo. 1961 dated with serial number in the 313xxx range. Numbers match. 25.5” barrels. 16ga for use with 2 ¾” shells choked full/mod. Shiny bores. LOP of 14.25” to end of added White Line recoil pad. Action is tight with lever just off center. A few light marks in the wood. Safety with rear sight pop up still works. Excellent fit and finish with clear marking, original finish and well executed engraving.
