A fine example of a classic English hammer gun, this F.C. Scott 12 Gauge side-by-side features 30" barrels with 2 ½" chambers, choked Improved Modified and Improved Cylinder. This gun is nitro proofed for smokeless powder, making it suitable for modern low-pressure loads within safe limits.
Fitted with external hammers, double triggers, and oil-finished walnut stocks. The stock has a 14½" length of pull and retains traditional English styling. Action locks up tight on face, and the gun shows the craftsmanship typical of 19th-century British makers.
