Wood is in excellent condition, Damascus barrels are well figured with a few minor spots in the bores. Most wall thickness is well over 0.040 and minimum is 0.035.
Really nice late production Jones underlever live pigeon gun by a top notch London maker with nicley figured wood and great dimensions.
Hammerguns are difficult to find at over 8lbs and this gun has little felt recoil even with 1 1/4oz loads. The Damascus barrels were reproofed in the UK with .755/.755 bores and pattern Fantastic, one of the best shooting hammer pigeon guns I've had and will make a great clays/helice/heavy game hammergun.
