Best quality gun built in 1998. 28” nitro proofed barrels. 28” chopper lump barrels choked at IM/F, proofed at 2 ¾”. Originally part of a set of guns, rib is marked “Fredrick Beesley Formerly of St James Street London Amersham”. Barrel engraving, special elongated beavertail forend, straight grip, double trigger, checkered butt, automatic ejector, perfect bore diameters, automatic safety, gold cocking indicators on hammer pin sidelock. Magnificent high-quality English rose and scroll engraving with deep chiseled breech balls. This gun uses the Holland & Holland self-opening system, and the fences are carved in deep relief. Rolled edge trigger guard. Guns are new and unused with 100% case color, barrel blue, and wood finish. Highly figured Turkish walnut. Vacant gold oval. Perfect screws. This gun is of the highest quality build, superior to the very best guns made. The fit, the finish and the engraving are that of a very high-quality English smallbore. It comes with a high-quality case with accessories and trade label. Special dedicated 20-gauge frame. Extreme high quality new gun.
