This is a beautifully matched pair of A.A. Brown & Sons Supreme Deluxe 12 Gauge side-by-side shotguns with consecutive serial numbers 79709 and 79710. Both guns feature nine-pin hand-detachable sidelock actions with cocking indicators, striker discs, and assisted opening, adorned with elegant border, scroll, and bouquet engraving.
The 27" barrels are choked Cylinder & Cylinder for maximum versatility. Each gun has a checkered walnut straight-grip stock with carved drop points, nicely figured wood, and an engraved initial plate marked “DSH.” in the toe line. Stock dimensions and weight are identical across the pair.
Gun No. 1 shows light honest use while Gun No. 2 appears virtually unused. Both are housed together in the original maker’s leather travel case with snap caps, oil bottle, cleaning equipment, and trade label.
