Westley Richards of Liverpool BLE 12ga 30” Barrels

An exquisite example of W. Richards finest work. Lightly browned Damascus barrels modified by Mr. Adams in London to accommodate modern 2 ¾” cartridges and re- proofed to 1oz loads.
W. Richards guns are considered to be a wonderful blend of art, history, and function. Richards guns have been described as “sophisticated” examples of fine gun making. A noticeably light and nimble gun that Mr. Adams used in live pigeon competitions. This gun, despite its age, shows the care and attention Cyril  for which he was renowned. Genuinely nice wood with very few handling marks and a leather pad compliments the beautiful light brown barrels. A real ownership treat for the English Side x Side enthusiast. A well-worn but good condition case is included.
