*Sale Pending* Browning Superposed Grade I, Belgian made circa 1968, 410 Bore, 6 lbs. 15 oz., 26 3/8" (67 cm) barrels with machined vent rib, 3" chambers, Skt and Skt chokes, ejectors, boxlock action with Grade I scroll engraving, top tang mounted non-automatic safety, single selective gold trigger, short tang trigger guard, European walnut stock, 14 3/4" LOP over a leather faced pad, 1 7/16" DAC, 2" DAH, neutral cast, round knob grip. Excellent condition showing typical handling and use marks, forend on left side at corner has two hairline cracks, with a 10x magnifier I can see the cracks are in the heavy finish used on these guns but can not see the cracks are in the wood but we are going to assume they are, some light wood finish crazing in limited areas. A scarce gauge in the Superposed. Browning records show this gun was sold in Sept. 1969 to Abercrombie & Fitch in NYC.
