Description: Gentlemen, for sale is a Lefever Nitro Special, 410-gauge double barrel shotgun. The gun was made in 1926 by the Ithaca Gun Co, in Ithaca, NY. This gun has been lightly used and in excellent condition. These Lefever 410 gauges are very difficult to find especially in the condition. Specifications are as follows: 26-inch barrels, fixed modified and improved cylinder chokes, original crescent butt plate, double triggers, extractors, double triggers, some case colors in hidden areas, nice walnut stock, excellent bluing, 3 " mag chambers, and 13 1/2 LOP. The gun is very light and is a great piece to carry in the field all day. The 410 gauge with a 26” bbls. is a nice combination that can be used for upland birds or just casual range or open field shooting. This gun is 100 years old and in great condition. In my opinion this is good enough for a collectors quaility. I already have 2 of these so that is why I put in on GI. You don’t want to miss out on this beautiful gun.
