Treble grip action with light scroll engraving & matted fences. Roy Vail ordered this barreled action in the white from England then stocked, finished, and added the miller single trigger. 

Roy Vail was a gunmaker based in Warwick New York who built custom shotguns (based on European or English actions) and custom Mauser action bolt rifles. I have had quite a few of his shotguns and most are built on Francotte actions with few (including this one) built on English actions.
