20 Gauge Baker Batavia Leader, 28-Inch Barrels, Brilliant Original Case Color
Description: This Baker Batavia Leader 20-gauge is in exceptional condition. It has 100% coverage of brilliant original case color. The stock has only a very few light handling marks. The barrels are flawless, both the exterior and bores, as refinished using the traditional slow-rust-blue process. As with all guns offered by Doublegun Preservation, the receiver and locks have been fully serviced. The 28-inch fluid steel barrels have 2-5/8-inch chambers. The right barrel has no choke (cylinder) and the left modified (.015). The bores measured at 9-inches from the breech are both .619 and the outside diameters are the muzzle are both .692. The wall thicknesses of the right barrel measured at 9-inches from the muzzle (top/side/bottom) are .032/.035/.038, and at the middle of the barrel are .039/.040/.041. The wall thicknesses of the left barrel are .035/.035/.037 and .042/.040/.042, respectively. The LOP is 14-1/4 inches to the end of the original buttplate. The DAC is 1-3/4 inches and the DAH is 2-3/4 inches. The cast is neutral. The gun weighs 7 pounds 6 ounces. Both triggers pull as about 6 pounds of pressure. The gun locks up tightly and is on face. All serial numbers, 3426F, match. The price does not include shipping cost, which is paid by buyer. The inspection period is 7 days from receipt. This gun has been fired standard target loads.
