American made 12 gauge boxlock ejector game shotgun with Holland & Holland style assisted opening mechanism. The 30” blued steel barrels with engraved barrel panels have 3" chambers, a tapered smooth concave game rib with a brass bead front sight and are fit with Trulock interchangeable choke tubes (10 Total). The right barrel is marked 'CONNECTICUT SHOTGUN MFG. NEW BRITAIN CT. USA'. The left barrel is marked 'RBL-12ga. 3" '. The rib is marked "Reserve". The case color hardened action is adorned with game scene engraving with a three mallards in flight on the right side and two pheasants in flight on the left side with supporting ornamental scrolls. The bottom of the action body also is marked "RBL 12". The gun features an automatic safety with "S" engraved on the top strap ahead of the checkered safety slide, blued and engraved top lever with the left side of the thumbpiece checkered, gold-washed double triggers protected by an engraved double roll edge blued trigger guard. Deluxe quality Turkish walnut with round knob pistol grip, 15-1/4" LOP to a scored buttplate, splinter fore-end with Anson style push button release, 8 Lbs.
