Excellent late production LC Smith Field 20ga side by side shotgun. Serial number in the 22xxx range made in 1946. 28” barrels choked full/full. Standard 14.25” LOP to end of factory butt plate. Drop at heel/comb of 2.25” and 1.25”. Excellent original case color on receiver throughout and even on underside. Excellent original blue on barrels with just a few light handling marks. Notice even the lower tang retains all its original deep blue. Shiny bores and stiff action with lever to the right of center. All numbers match. The origialn finish on the stocks shows some light finish loss mostly on forearm. Overall an excellent well preserved original LC Smith 20ga Field side by side.
