PARKER BHE SIDE BY SIDE DOUBLE BARREL 12 GAUGE SHOTGUN
Description: 28 inch Damascus barrels. The frame has near full coverage engraving with bordered tight scrolls and game scene vignettes having both the right and left side engraved with a pair of pointers, the bottom flat is engraved with bull and cow elk, and another pointer on the trigger guard. Features include steel bead front sight, ejectors, automatic safety, double triggers and checkered walnut splinter forearm with a capped pistol gripped butt stock fitted with a skeleton buttplate. Nicely fit in a leather bound partitioned wood case with maroon velvet interior and Parker Old Reliable label. The condition is near excellent overall as lightly freshened with the barrels showing a well defined Damascus patterning. The bores are bright with a few small ares of very light pitting. The frame retains bright traces of original case color with sharp engraving. The stock and forearm are solid and full fitting with sharp checkering, and only light wear and handling marks. Mechanically fine. The case is excellent. Manufactured 1910. Weight is 7 pounds 1.4 ounces. LOP 14 DAC 1-1/2 DAH 2-3/4.
