Davenport Custom Factory Order 12 Gauge Card/Turkey Shoot 36" Antique

By expert resources, this is a Special factory order Davenport Single Barrel "Card Gun" or Turkey Shoot gun. This is a 12 Ga. 36"in barrel built on a 10 Ga frame and has all matching serial numbers, including special order high grade wood. The wood and Case Color are beautiful even given it's age. This shotgun is Antique and can be shipped to buyers over the age of 18. No mistake, this gun is large and heavy. Most who have seen it at the last show beleive it to be an 8 gauge. My Smith reports that the bore has a bronze sleave for choking purposes. The chamber was not anything other that 12 gauge, as seen in the photo. This unique Antique would also make a wonderful vitntage Turkey gun. I would avoid Steel shot.
