Up for sale is this amazing Winchester model 1887 first year production! According to Winchesters log of serial numbers this gun was made in 1887 and is in excellent shape for being nearly 140 years old! Overall, the stock and forend pieces show the most wear, the metal work is in great shape for its age with no rust visible, there is some very light pitting on the left side of the receiver that has been cleaned off well. The action functions great everything is in working order. If you‚re looking to get one of these for your collection, you‚d be hard pressed to find one in better shape or for a better price, it‚ll move quick, don‚t hesitate!
