Description: Model 21 Winchester 12 Gauge 3 Barrel set from 1942 with 32" F/F 3 Inch, 28" F/M 2 3/4" and 28" Sk-1/Sk-2 2 3/4" barrels. All barrels with identical roll markings on the left barrel and identical serial numbers. This gun made for inventory in 1942 with two barrel sets added in 1947. It probably remained in inventory throughout the war. Bores are all pristine and choked to Winchester specs except the right barrel on the 3 inch barrels opened to Imp. ModBarrel #1 - 32" F/F 3 Inch Bores are .731 on the right and .730 on the left. Choked .021 [IM] on the right and .033 [F] on the leftBarrel #2 - 28" F/M Bores are .733 on the right and .735 on the left. Choked .014 [M] on the right and .037 [F] on the leftBarrel #3 - 28" Sk-1/Sk-2 Bores are .730 on the right and .733 on the left. Chokes are Reverse .017 [Sk-1] on the right and .016 [Sk-2] on the leftPistol grip buttstock with excellent figure, color, and contrast. Single beavertail forend also with moderate figure. LOP is 13 7/8" from rear position single selective trigger to 7/8" Winchester pad and 1/4" spacer. DAC - 1 1/2" DAH - 2 1/2" Neutral cast. Both forend and buttstock refinished and checkering recut. Both solid and in excellent condition as refinished. Original barrel blue on all sets remains at 97% except in areas of forend contact. Original reciever blue at 80% with typical loss on floorplate and trigger guard. This is a nice, versatile, and useful set with curb appeal. I used it on pheasants in South Dakota in October, 2018.
