They were built to commemorate the centenary of John Dickson opening his first shop in Princes Street, Edinburgh in 1838. These guns were delivered in 1937 and engraved by master engraver, Harry Kell. They were here in the UK at some point in the 1980's as I know they went through Sothebys House at Gleneagles in August 1983.
