**Sale Pending** Joseph Harkom & Son boxlock ejector, antique circa 1895, 12 bore, 6 lbs. 8 oz., 2 1/2" chambers, original 30" damascus steel nitro reproved 1 1/8 oz., choked .006 Skt. and .036 Full, smooth concave game rib engraved "Joseph Harkom & Sons, 32 Princes St. Edinburgh", dolls head rib extension 3rd bite, 14 7/8" LOP over a wood extension butt plate, 1 3/8" DAC, 2" DAH, 3/8" cast off, ejectors, double triggers, round knob grip with horn tip, splinter forend with A&D push button release, automatic safety with "SAFE" over gold inlay, boxlock action with typical Harkom style carved serpentine fences, small scroll engraving pattern with "Harkom & Son" in a banner on both sides of action, action water table exhibits an A&D patent use number of 8035. Highly figured European walnut stock with fiddleback, drop points, gold stock oval depicting an ostrich. Excellent condition gun, very good finishes but with minor handling marks from use, some case colors remain in protected areas. Very good nitro proved damascus barrels with bores at .734 right and .739 left and min. wall thickness at .025 right and .020 left. Action is tight and on face, ejectors are in time.
