SLE, 2 3/4", 30.25" barrels, 2007 Nitro proved Damascus, choked IC/Mod. 14 3/4" moderately figured wood to brown leather covered pad. This back action sidelock has strong case colors and its furniture is handsome having been recently re-blued. 6lbs 8oz. Overall the gun is very clean and has been recently serviced. Good wall thickness: right barrel .029 and left barrel .027. This is a great value on a London-made SLE.
As the lister, I am the owner of the Bozard. It's consigned at Hill Rod and Gun in Bozeman, MT, and will be purchased from them. I am listing here to encourage activity and offers. Gun has shot a lot pheasants, sharptail and Huns. at 6.5 pounds it's a joy to carry all day, and to some, the perfect weight for an English SLE game gun. I am selling as over the last two years I have acquired from the UK two Powell SLE with 29" Damascus barrels. While not a matched pair, they're dang close.
