Churchill XXV Regal BLE in makers original all leather case in excellent condition 

This Churchill XXVsports the legendary tapered rib that gives the shooter illusion of longer barrels.  Churchill's have reputation as lively, quick handling game guns. 
This XXV Regal BLE was made in 1958 (according to serial number published in Don Masters book "The House of Churchill ") for a client in USA. The barrels have 
2 & 3/4 inches chambers choked right (.007 light IC) left (0.019 modified) This choking is excellent for upland game( grouse, woodcock, quail). Barrel blacking excellent and barrel lettering sharp and clear. Receiver has fine English engraving traditionally used on Regal with some case colors still visible. Stock dimensions are 
14.5 inches to fine leather pad with 1& 5/8 in dac and 2 & 1/2 dah with 1/4 in cast off for right hand shooter. Stock checkering and finish excellent. 
Overall excellent vintage double with little use and respectful care!
