The unsigned action is beautifully preserved, with crisp border and acanthus scroll engraving. The jointing and mechanics are superb—this gun opens and closes like a bank-vault.
It features 28" barrels bearing a 3-Ton Nitro proof. Both tubes have excellent wall thickness, with minimum readings over .030". The bores are mirror-bright and ring clear. The stock is highly figured and remains in fantastic condition, with modern shooting dimensions and a neutral cast suitable for both right- and left-handed use.
