Marked “HENRY ATKINS FROM PURDEY’S JERMYN ST, LONDON S.W”, originally number 1 of a pair, 2 ¾ inch, 3 ¼ ton proof, triple treble grip action, safe in gold, bottom of frame marked “HENRY ATKINS FROM PURDEY’S”, 99% blue, 100% wood finish, checkering, sharp drop points and stock, double trigger, auto ejector, 100% case color, perfect ejectors and time. This gun has had a complete restoration and looks like a brand-new gun! This was a no expense spared work, particularly perfect screws, and no use since restoration, it’s technically a new gun! Extremely tight, magnificently engraved with tight English scroll, straight grip, checkered butt. Big black straight French walnut stock that’s absolutely perfect. Just a great gun all the way around, looks and shows as a new gun!
