with tapered, concave, smooth rib with single bead.
Top Rib engraved:
"HENRY CLARKE. (MIDLAND GUNWORKS) 38. GALLOWTREE GATE. LEICESTER
It has double bite locking, extractors and double triggers. The Underlever below the triggerguard both opens the gun and cocks the hammers with one smooth forward motion.
It is Nitro Proofed with 2 1/2" Chambers.
The gun is mounted in highly figured English Walnut with tiny, full checkered, Splinter Forearm with Parker shaped metal forend tip. It has checkered Semi-Pistol Grip Stock with a flat checkered Horn Buttplate (butt plate has short crack from upper hole to edge).
The Tiny Receiver has reinforced sides with beautifully Scalloped Fences and Long Top Tang with Side Plates all engraved in extremely fine, beautiful, English Rose and Scroll Engraving with about 70% coverage.
The Opening-Cocking Lever and long Lower Tang are engraved to match and it has a small flourish at end of Top Rib. It has the Auto Safety Lever on top tang and "SAFE" in gold.
Right Bore Diameter of .557" and Choke of .003".
