Sidelock ejector, 28" barrels choked at ¼ x ¾, made in 1934, 2 ½" Chamber, reprof’d in 1981. Originally number 1 of a pair, the barrels read “WP Jones Maker 25 Whittall Street Birmingham Winner at the Field Trials of 12,16,20 Bore Guns London”, top lever is gold inlayed “WP jones” automatic safety with gold inlayed safe, it is 100% engraved with the best quality Rose and Scroll with a pointer engraved on the trigger guard bow, it has 100% case color, barrel blue, and wood finish, straight grip, splinter forend, double trigger, vacant gold oval, the gun looks as new. This is a very high-grade gun, with perfect screws, horned buttplate, beautifully figured French walnut stock with tear drops, triggers are fire blued. Just a magical gun.
