William Evans "high quality" 16 gauge

Description:
High quality William Evans, ejector, 16 gauge w/ 28 inch original barrels proofed at 1 oz, 2 1/2, opened to 2 3/4 w/ excellent forcing cones. Bores are excellent, no marks, pits, etc. and measure .670, choked skeet, and light mod. Action is tight, on face, and has intercepting sears and bushed strikers. Screws are excellent. Profuse engraving is crisp with little or no wear. Wood to metal fit is excellent. Wood is beautifully rich in both color and figure with no chips, gouges, cracks or repairs, and the oil finish is superb. LOP 14 3/8 " with black "decelerator" pad. DAC 1 7/16, DAH 2", CAST-approx. I/4 inch. Overall finish on the gun is excellent. This light weight bird gun comes in at 5 3/4 lbs and is quick and deadly; many ruffs, blues, and sage grouse have been shot with this little jewel.
