This Charles Hellis & Sons Ltd 12 Gauge side-by-side is a very nice English double in excellent condition. It features 28" barrels choked Modified & Improved Cylinder and is fitted with a scroll and border engraved boxlock action.
The double triggers tang safety and ejectors provide traditional reliability. The checkered walnut straight-grip stock with carved drop points and blank initial plate in the toe line offers a classic refined feel with a 15 1/2" length of pull.
Condition is excellent with sharp engraving and strong original colors. The bores are bright and the action is tight.
