Excellent Midland 12 Gauge Sidelock Ejector 1930-1035

Description:
For sale is an extremely nice 12 Guage vintage Midland Sidelock.  The Midland is in excellent condition.  Bores are mirror beight and exterior remain with original blues in excellent condition.  Furniture is in very fine condition, no scratches or dents.  Trigger pull is crisp.  Ejectors are strong and throw hulls a distance.  Engraving on the trigger guard and bottom plate of receiver are in extremely good condition and crisp as is all the scroll engraving.  Photos shows the fine condition of engraving. The exterior of the barrels are bright and shiny and excellent as well as the bore walls that are bright and shiny.  Bores have been sleeved at one time and are seamless.  A initial plate is enscribed with the initials DCY or YCD depending how viewed.  I have not been able through research as to whom the initials belog, to as it must have been a gentleman with some funds as the Midland would have been costly at its time.  Forearm is in very good condition with scroll work and locks up tight.  Trigger pull is still crisp. Safety functions as should, Top Lever operates as should as well and ejectors throw shells a distance.  The engraving on the sidelock is extensive as well as on the breech release and and lever as shown in photos.  The Midland has personally been fired at time of purchase and at time of listing with no problem.  I only use low compression shells by RST OR ARMUSA.  The sale of the Midland and Gallyon that I have on GunsInternational represent the last of my extensive collection over 25 years.  I am at an age that I no longer collect or fire my collection and wish to pass them on to others who will appreciate.
