Very unusual F. J. Wiseman ' The Lincolnshire ' Deluxe boxlock game gun with 25" Churchill ribbed fluid steel barrels choked tight IC(.011")in right and light Modified (.014") in left, 15 1/4" LOP straight grip stock with no teardrops and diamond grip with a 1/2" wood extension to a checkered butt. Chambers are original 2 1/2", 3 ton .729 proof currently with .732 perfect bores ( still in proof). Southgate ejectors and splinter forend, S/N 5604, commissioned on Jan. 28, 1968, kindly confirmed by the folks at Wiseman's, which is still in operation. Weight is 5 lbs.12 ozs., which is lighter than some 2" chambered guns I've seen. Action has all of the case color with arcaded fences, dogs and game scene engraving very well cut. 99% blue and tight lockup. This is a very high quality 12 bore English game gun that is lighter than most modern 20 gauge guns.It is a delight in the field. Spacer removal would give you a 14 3/4" LOP, or a pad addition would give you 15 3/4"-16 1/8" depending on if you removed the spacer, so LOP would be very adaptable. $2,950.00 OBO
