Lincoln Jefferies Lightweight Ejector Side by Side, 12 Ga, 27" Barrels

Lincoln Jefferies Lightweight Ejector Side by Side in 12 Ga, a historic Birmingham-made field gun built with 27" barrels, 2 3/4" chambers, and a solid rib. It features a Prince of Wales stock and two fixed chokes (Left: Full; Right: SK) for versatile field performance.

This gun is overall very good to very good condition. Wood has a few handling marks as to be expected for a gun made in 1904. Checkering remains sharp, and the lever release fore-end still works well. Comes with original light-brown Damascus barrels with the occasional light surface corrosion and very small area of the beginning of pitting on left hand barrel at the end. Brass bead sight. Break action is very smooth and the ejectors are firing strongly. Rib is engraved with "Lincoln Jefferies / The Lightweight / 12 Bore." The right tube reads "Winner of the Gold Medal London 1870 & Awarded first prize Melbourne 1889" and the left reads "Winner of The Field 20 Guinea Prize for choke bores London 1879." Both action and barrels carry the same serial number, so the tubes have not been retro fitted to a later action.
