GDR-made, high quality MERKEL – Suhl, Model 47E, Side-by-Side Shotgun in cal 12/70ga. Selected Walnut with Cheek Piece, Finely checkered Pistol Grip & Forend. Case hardened scalloped boxlock, Greener double cross bolt, Double triggers, Ejectors, Cocking indicator, Sling swivels, Butt plate from horn has Merkel logo.  Barrels are 28” long,  some tiny discoloration spots on barrel due to wrong storage - see photo. Very well balanced & high quality German shotgun. LOP 14 1/2”, Heel 2 3/4”, and Comb 1 3/4”
