85% Condition JP Sauer & Sohn Boxlock 12 Ga 2 3/4" Chamber Side by Side 28.5" Barrels Very Good Bores
Description: J.P. Sauer & Sohn boxlock side-by-side shotgun chambered in 12 gauge with 2 3/4-inch chambers and 28.5-inch barrels. The gun features a break-action design with a double-barrel configuration, both barrels choked full. It has a solid rib with a front bead sight and is finished with blued barrels and case-colored receiver surfaces. The stock and forearm are made of checkered wood in a Monte Carlo pistol grip style, capped at the wrist, and fitted with the factory butt plate. Sling rings are installed in the European style for carry attachment. This shotgun is used and is in approximately 85% condition. The bores are described as very good, showing bright surfaces. The action remains strong with a tight lockup, and the extractor is functional. The serial number is 507408, and manufacture is attributed to Germany. The overall length measures approximately 43 3/4 inches, with a length of pull of 13 3/8 inches. Included features consist of engraved metalwork, dual triggers, and a checkered wooden forearm matching the buttstock. The gun’s configuration reflects a traditional European sporting layout with sling mounting points and full chokes on both barrels. No additional accessories or packaging are specified.
