Miller & Val. Greiss 20-gauge. Serial 13296D has 29.15-inch barrels (IC/M, .715-inch muzzle diameter, single bead, tapering matted rib, sling loop, folding leaf rear sight, 2.75-inch chambers, extractors). Features included extended tangs, horn lever, steel butt plate with widow's peak and gold wire accents. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 6.4 pounds. Length-of-pull is 14.7 inches, drops are approximately 1.4 and 2.3 inches, and cast off is approximately .40-inch. CONDITION: The bores very good with occasional minor roughness. Barrels are on face. Mechanics operate properly. Barrel finish is approximately 75 percent with thinning. Balance of metal finish is at least 50 percent with tarnish. Lower tang and butt stock appear to be replacements. Wood is approximately 85 percent. The price is firm and layaway is available. $3,500 plus shipping.
