Made with 26-3/4* (68cm) bbs, 3" chambers, that have low profile cross hatch ventilated rib with brass front bead. Left side of bb lump with maker's name, right side engraved "Nuvolera Brescia". Polished bb flats with proof code "BU" (2004). Schnabel forend w/ fine wrap-around checkering, scroll engraved Decley latch release and gold inlaid maker's unicorn crest towards tip.. Coin finished boxlock action is beautifully engraved with bulino vignettes of llushing woodcock in woodland scenes on both right and left panels, floorplate with framed bust of Gordon Setter all surrounded by well executed tight english scroll w/ rose bouquets at hinge. Top lever has mallard in flight and top tang with hidden woodcock all surrounded by tight scrollwork. "SICURA" in front of safety slide. Gun is signed by engraver "C. Tomasoni" on trigger plate. Bow of trigger guard embellished by nude female portrait and scroll flourishes. Single trigger, auto ejectors, non-auto safety. Mounted with a superb piece of European stump walnut checkered in point pattern and flat knob pistol grip, vacant gold oval on toeline and terminates with checkered butt. Housed in a green leather case with maker's trade label. WEIGHT: 6lbs 140z. Bore Measurement:.617(T) .618(B). Bore Restriction: 030(T) .011(B). DIMS: DAC: 1-3/8" DAH: 2-1/8". LOP: 14-1/4". CONDITION: Extremely fine and near mint. Retains nearly all original finishes to both wood and metal surfaces with only minor handling marks. Mechanics are excellent. Bores are brilliant and shiny. Gun has been used very little with no shell ring present on breech face. Case is excellent with only very minor rubs.
