Circa 1974, this single trigger vent rib shotgun is an outstanding example of the highest quality English craftsmanship.
The color case hardening overlaid with Best Grade English Scroll engraving, combined with Deluxe English Walnut monte carlo stock buttstock and semi beavertail forend, resulted in a classic Pigeon and Trap and Wildfowl gun. It is chambered 2 ¾” with 3 ½ Tonne Proof for heavy loads, has 30” barrels with ventilated file cut rib and is choked F/M. Safety is non-autmatic. Bore diameters are 0.729 and unmodified from original proof marks.
Additional features include:
Deluxe Quality wood, capped and engraved pistol grip, leather covered pad. The Mont Carlo dimensions are LOP 14 ¾, DAC 1 ½, DAH 1 ¾ with 1/8 cast off for RH shooter.
Semi Beavertail forearm with Anson-Dealey release.
