Description:
Thank you Randy *** This is a Browning Superposed, one of the finest over/under shotguns made. This gun was produced in Belgium in 1961and has 2 sets of barrels with S1 being a 28" full/modified and set S2 being 26.5" barrels choked IC/M, the perfect upland combination. Both sets of barrels are bored for 3" shells in the event you feel the need for a little more shot. This 6lb. 8oz. gun still retains 90% of the finish on the wood and metal, however S2 has a small ding in the bottom tube that does not show on the inside. The stock has the original curved butt with factory butt plate intact measuring 14 ¼” LOP. This is a great upland gun that is balanced 3/16” ahead of the hinge pin and light enough to carry all day. The set comes in a Browning Airways two barrel case. The value of these earlier Superposed guns continues to climb, so you can invest in this gun and enjoy its use as it gains value being a long tang, round knob, with desirable field chokes. Very few of these 2 barrel sets were made and it's priced to sell so don’t let this one get away. IT IS THE PERFECT GUN FOR THE UPCOMING UPLAND SEASON.
