Manufactured in 1963, this Stevens model 940A is in very good condition for its age. It has beautiful blueing throughout. Looks like the sun hitting an oil spill. Barrel is clean and clear. Exterior of barrel has some scratches and a small spot of light rust, but will not effect shooting capability. Wood stock and forestock has some scratches due to handling/use. Right side of stock has some varnish missing. It‚‚s an older shotgun, but still looks nice. All information is correct to the best of our knowledge.
