About Ed Lander...
Old Ed, was a general purpose, master gunsmith of many varied talents...By the time i met him, he was in his early eighties and at the end of his career, which spanned a period of almost 75 years from 1946 to 2020...Best I can figure, Old Ed reworked this fine gun, sometime before 1976, when he moved his shop from Lakeville, Ma to Alexandra, NH...The choke tube alterations were done some tme after the mid 1980's..
