Description:
Offered is a lovely W & C Scott & Son Bowood model SxS 12 gauge shotgun.  This shotgun is a very attractive Damascus barreled, well engraved model of English manufacture.  The barrels and action are proof tested and marked for Nitro powder loads up to 1 1/4 oz.  The action is a cross bolt box lock design with lovely hand checkered walnut stock and forend. All surfaes of the receiver and trigger guard are fully engraved in a very attractive floral pattern. The gun is a quick handeling unit weighing 6 lbs with 26" barrels choked Lt Mod (.026)/ Skeet (.005).  This is a very nice gun for Light Target Shooting or Upland Birds.
