Excellent near new late production W&C Scott The Bowood 12ga side by side shotgun with leather travel case and a signed copy of The History of W.C. Scott Gunmakers. Purchased new by the consignor in 1998 in the UK. 28” barrels choked IMP/MOD. 14 3/4” LOP, 2.5”/1.5” drop at heel and comb with slight cast for right handed shooter. Hand scroll engraved, straight English stock, high grade wood, push button forend, ejectors and double triggers. This was one of the last few W.C. & Scott Bowood models produced. This one having 28” barrels instead of the more common 26”. All numbers match. A beautiful example showing just a few minor handling marks over the years. 6lbs 5 oz. Excellent modern leather travel case with WC Scott paper label on inside, featuring solid lock (with key) keeps this one nicely protected for transport.
