Description: Webley & Scott LTD Birmingham model 700 20GA 28" ejector barrels with single bead game rib 2 3/4" nitro proof Chokes: .012/.024 LM/F Bore measurements: .617/.618 proofed at .615/.615 well within original proof specs Minimum wall thickness R:0.028 L:0.029 Lockup is tight as new, bores are bright and clean Barrels ring like a church bell, with no dents or dings Figured straight grip stock with splinter forend LOP 14 1/8" over 3/4" silvers pad DAC 1 3/8 DAH 2 1/8 Cast off 1/4" 5lbs 10oz Built in 1974 Late production model 700 20GA with most of the original case color still remaining, bluing is excellent with few wear spots from use. Woodwork is in very good condition with sharp checkering and some handling marks from use. Great setup for upland game/dove with desirable 28" barrels (most of these are 26"). Fast handling English smallbore that can use modern 2 3/4" off the shelf ammunition.
