Description: Beautiful early 12ga damascus barreled game gun, Serial number 15,000! Made with splinter forend, double triggers, auto ejectors, auto-safety. Gun is beaufitully engraved in near full coverage game scenes and scroll. Stocks with fine English Walnut and great dimensions! This lightweight game gun weighs in at just 6lbs 2oz! Still in proof with original 2-1/2" chambers. Overall this gun is in beautiful and sound condition. The barrels have been beautifully rebrowned long ago and retain about 95% original plum damascus pattern. Action is finely engraved with a hint or two of case color remaining. Top lever and trigger guard retain most of an older restored blue finish. Mechanics are fine and bores are bright and shiny. This gun would be hell on preserve pheasants or quail!
