Ltd, Birmingham, England: A Westley Gold Name Boxlock Ejector 12 Bore Made in 1966 with 28" Ejector Dovetail Lump barrels with Birmingham Nitro Proof in 1966 and proved at 3 1/4 tons, Proved with 2 3/4" chambers, The bores at .728" with Briley screw chokes at .008 - .008 - .013 - .013 - .023 & .029 (Imp.Cyl. - Imp.Cyl. - Skt. II - Skt. II - Mod. & Imp.Mod.), 2 3/4" chambers, Scalloped action body, Single non-selective trigger, Beavertail forend with a Anson release, Open pistol grip stock at 14 1/4 x 1 1/2 x 2 1/4" over a 7/16" pad, It will go 14 3/4" by adding a 1" pad, Cast-off for the right hand, 7 lbs. 2 oz., Westley Richards in gold on each side of the receiver, Nice wood with nice color, Wood grip cap, The wood remains as stout as it was in 1966, 90% of bright & vivid original case colors, The original barrel black at 97%, The original wood finish is at 94-95%, The checkering at 97%, The barrels inside & out are excellent plus, The barrels ring with a pronounced chime.
