"William Powell & Son Boxlock Ejector Shotgun 12 Gauge (S14908) Consignment

"

SN: 9131. Made in the 1890's, 12 gauge with 27"" barrels. Boxlock double with ejectors and 2.5"" chambers. The steel barrels have 95%+ blue, are Nitro proofed and choked Mod/Imp Cyl, with excellent bores. The receiver is engraved with fine scroll and has a silver patina with light traces of colors remaining. The wood is beautiful figured walnut straight stock with splinter forend, showing light marks and wear. LOP is 14.25"". A good looking vintage double, with factory case and accessories. Consignment.
