Winchester ~ Model 21 Standard ~ 12 gauge ~ 1931 Production

Description:
The Winchester Model 21's were made from 1931 through 1959. The main production line ceased in 1960 and sourced to the Winchester Custom Shop until 1991. This one appears to have been refinished in the 80s by Winchester's custom shop, according to the repair order. The factory box is a forced match with new stickers. This early example has 28" improved cylinder choked barrels with ejectors. The sights are a front ivory bead with a silver mid-bead on a serrated rib. The stock is a two piece checkered walnut set with a splinter forend, semi-pistol grip, straight fluted comb, and a hard rubber Winchester butt plate. Stock measurements: DAC 1 3/8". DAH 2 1/2" with a neutral cast. The chambers are slightly longer than 2 1/2" and shorter than 2 3/4". Serial 681. 12 Gauge

Metal Condition: Refinished "near new".
Wood Condition: Refinished. The stock does have a couple tiny dings on the belly of the stock.
Bore Condition: Excellent bright bores.
Barrels: 28" barrels.
Triggers: Two.
Stock Dimensions:
LOP 14".
Fore End: Splinter.
Butt Pad: Hard rubber.
Sights: Bead.
Chokes: Fixed.
