Per the Cody letter this gun began life in 1947 as 30" Deluxe Field and then was sent back to Winchester in October of 1978 when a second set of 28" barrels was added.At some pont the prior owner then sent this gun to Roger Biesen who completely restocked it and at that point added the forearm for the second set of barrels which is numbered as can be seen in the pics.The checkering is a B carved style and is absolutely beautiful and sharp.The PG stock has had a skeleton grip cap added and the PG is checkered.The barrel flats,
breech, and all forearm hardware have been jeweled.Both sets of barrels have had Briley thin wall flush mount choke tubes added,there are several chokes.The stock has a hard rubber Winchester butt plate installed.This gun is in near perfect if not perfect condition and is absolutely beautiful.$50 shipping to your FFL.
