For sale is a used Winchester Model 42, chambered in .410 bore, and widely regarded as one of the finest small-gauge pump-action shotguns ever made. Introduced in 1933 as a scaled-down version of the Model 12, the Model 42 has earned a legendary reputation for its smooth action, quality craftsmanship, and superb handling.

This particular example is in very good condition, with light wear on the finish and butt plate, consistent with age and careful use. The bluing shows some thinning in high-contact areas, and the original buttplate has minor cosmetic wear, but the shotgun remains mechanically sound and highly functional.
