I am offering an excellent high-quality model 42 Field Grade slide action shotgun. Guage 410, serial 52152, made in 1946, has a small corn cob slide handle (pre-war), also has the pistol grip pre-war stock, 28-inch barrel, modified choke. This shotgun has expectational condition if it was shot at all it was very little. These pre-war guns were special. This shotgun is all original not re-finished. I don’t think I have ever seen a model 42 with a brighter more polished receiver than this shotgun. I would rate the stock at 98% original and the metal at 99% original.
