Description: WWI Era Winchester Model 1897 Trench Gun, #420981, 12 ga., 20'' barrel marked ''Cyl.'', Winchester factory blue finish, walnut stock, Winchester hard rubber buttplate,. Perforated metal handguard with bayonet lug and take down frame. Very little original blue. Stock with old handling dings, no chips,cracks or breaks. Action is crisp, bore is bright with some minor frosting. Manufactured in 1909, see photos for all markings.
