Vintage 1966 Winchester 101 O/U 12 Gauge 26" Barrells - Outstanding Condition
Description: Winchester’s Model 101 shotgun was heavily based upon the Browning Superposed. The 101 was introduced in 1963 to compete with the Browning. This gun is a very early Vintage Winchester 101 O/U in BEAUTIFUL CONDITION. It comes with a period-correct Winchester hard case. The gun was built in Japan in 1966. It's choked in Skeet 1 and Skeet 2. It pretty much equals imp/cyl and light/mod. The bores are bright and shiny like new. The blueing is excellent with zero rust. The Furniture is absolutely gorgeous. The wood is an awesome high-grade walnut with outstanding figure in the wood with a high-gloss finish. It locks up tight without any wiggling. It has no cracks in the stock or forearm. there are 2 brass beads on the vented rib. It's a very sweet shooting gun with absolutely no issues at all. Works flawlessly.
